Brick Sales are Back by Popular Demand.

New cut-off date will be April 1st.

As of Mar 7th, we have sold 126 bricks and received more donations.

Granny’s Market will be providing plants and flowers in the spring.

We still need big businesses to step up and donate towards the gazebo. We mailed out over 65 letters and flyers to various manufacturers and businesses.

So far the results are shown above.

If you have not bought your name engraved brick yet, there is still time. Remember they are only $30.00.

Minimum amount needed to do the basic items for the garden is $10,000.00.

Our budget calls for $17,000.00

The plan includes benches, picnic tables, gazebo and landscaping. The 4 x 8 engraved bricks will be placed in a walkway going into and/or through the area. Funds needed are $10,000-15,000.

We only make $10.00 from each brick sale.

If you use a credit card, we only make $7.00 due to the fees we have to pay the credit company.

My seniors are going to try to raise enough money to put in a gazebo, several benches and a few picnic tables, a walkway along with evergreen trees and plants.

The big fundraiser is offering engraved name bricks for only $30.00.

All names are engraved in CAPITAL LETTERS. Each engraving will allow 18 characters per line with up to three lines per brick; and it is sealed to last a lifetime.

The site we are fixing up will be where the very first bank in the town was located and then it became the very first drug store. So, this is a historical site.
